10 months after its launch, Android Nougat has reached 10% of the active Android phones currently, according to the company's latest statistics.
And Google began sending a copy of Android Nougat to Nexus phones last August, and then Pixel phones operating with the latest version 7.1 were available in October, which means that the first five months of system availability reached only 1% of Android phones, and in the next five months it reached more than 9 %, so that the system with its main and secondary update now exceeds 11%.
The Marshmallow version is still the most popular, running on 31.8% of Android phones, while Lollipop was running on about 30% of active devices.
The shares of all old Android systems, such as Kit Kat and Jelly Bean, and the older ones have declined during the last period, as the user sees that he has become in a situation where he needs to buy a new phone with a newer Android version to take advantage of its advantages.
And with more companies sending Android Nougat update to their leading and most popular phones, we will notice the rapid growth of this version at the expense of older versions such as Marshmallow and Lollipop.
