Paid vacation
Generous pay (around 21 days the first year), with more days off added the longer you stay here. You also get a paid day off for your birthday, in addition to major holidays, and one paid day off each year to volunteer for a cause you love.
Paid family leave
Idea software offers up to three weeks of paid family medical leave to employees after eligible leave is approved under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), so that Idea can care for themselves or family members during medical situations.
Study aid
An idea pays ⅔ of any tuition and books for eligible classes taken by full-time employees to improve their job skills, up to $5,250 annually.
investment plan
The idea can participate in the company's 401(k) investment plan, which contains a variety of investment options. Fikra will match 100% of employee contributions up to 3% of your salary, and 50% match to the next 2% of your salary you contribute.
Revenue sharing
Fikra offers quarterly and annual bonuses to full-time employees based on the company's profitability and sales increase over the previous year for the same period.
